Tomorrow, Saturday September 27th at 5:00pm the Library will host
"Ulster County Winter Watch 2008-2009 Avoiding a Crisis Forum."
The latest information from Ulster County will be presented presented by the following and many other key members of the community: David B. Donaldson - Chairman Ulster County Legislature; Michael Hein - Ulster County Administrator; Roberto Rodriguez - Ulster County Commissioner of Social Services; Michael Berg - Executive Director of Family; Don Gregorius - Ulster County Legislator; Brian Shapiro - Ulster County Legislator; Chris Collins - Woodstock Town Board Member, will be providing updated information about local issues. Pat Courtney - Coordinator of Mid-Hudson Energy Smart/ NYSERDA will provide information on the availability of loans and grants for home energy efficiency.

Library Board Meeting on Thursday

On Thursday, September 18th the Library Board will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00pm in the library. All meetings are open to the public.

Emergency Board Meeting

The Board of Trustees will hold an emergency meeting tomorrow, Saturday, September 6th at 1:00pm in the library to discuss the budget. All meetings are open to the public.

Yesterday, 232 people voted yes to approve the 2009 budget and 362 people voted no.
The budget did not pass.
The following four Trustees were elected:
Cassia Berman, Elaine Hammond, Will Nixon, Katryna Barber.
